I dunno…the Horsemen admit that they still have Toyman and the Scarecrow (I think they said Cheetah too in the interview) to complete the Legion of Doom.
Croc was a lousy figure (not even as good as it’s predecessor), but Scarecrow was pretty nice – they may just re-pack him but I hope they resculpt Croc.

I found wave 8 at Target & wave 9 at Toys R Us this weekend. A nice new fact was that wave 9 had an “Only at Toys R Us” sticker on it.
on a different note what is up with this site, are they ever update again? I loved coming hear for the new info, but they are very far behind.
Maybe it’s because the Matty Collector website is opening a forum section soon and they didn’t want to compete.

I don’t know if anyone cares anymore…but I found Wave 8 & 9 between Target and Toys r Us over the weekend. By the way, do they ever update this site anymore? I liked keeping up on the info but there has been no info as of late.

I guess with the matty collector website opening a forum section soon they did not want to compete with it.

I saw them in Walmart yesterday. I saw all but Deadman and the comic (green) version of Steppenwolf. I got all but the Super Powers Steppenwolf as the holiday left my funds bare, lol. Kilowog is quite huge. He actually is larger than Chemo, which is odd looking since Chemo is supposed to be the size of a Macy’s balloon, lol.

As for wave 8 and 9, I’ve seen more of the Chemo wave than I have Giganta. I’ve only seen Vigilante and Dr.Fate from that wave, but at least they’re still being shipped. I never saw Sinestro from Wave 3 in the stores at all, and everyone knows about the Metallo wave, lol.

Has anyone even seen these in the stores yet? I have yet to see wave 8 or 9 in any store! I got 10 but no 8 or 9…WTF!!!

My feelings, too.
The line is “DC Universe Classics”, not “DC Universe Flavor of the Month”.

At the rate DC and Marvel kill and resurrect characters these days who cares anymore?

They should have saved that kind of thing for “DC Infinite Heroes”, cranking out new fresh ones every few months,
and not wasted time with the 24 year old obsolete (though fun) “Crisis on Infinite Earths”.

Essentially a Blackest Night which IMO is a total waste. Don’t like it when the “current events” in the comics pollute the toy line but cross promotion must exist where it must. Plus Blackest Night is hardly you’re cheery, walk in the park type comic. Lots of people dying and psuedo-ressurrections that toy with the heartstrings and emotionso of the fans. That type of profiteering by the comic book companies is disgusting.
