I have him but it seems like his skeets is glued to his back but the other people who got him have a detatchable skeets. Is there any other way i can take mine off?

  • I really wish they had put Skeets on his own stand or had somehow made him easily removable. It looks kind of goofy as is.

  • I found both Booster Golds today at one of our local WalMarts. Naturally I got them both, and can not decide on which verson is my favorite. My only complaint is the gold on the chest does not line up very well with the gold on the shoulders very well without an awkward pose. This also completes my AtomSmasher, so it was a joyful day!

I got the classic collared Booster and the Skeets figure detaches fine, but looks awesome when attached. This is a great figure, from goggles to shiny uniform to Skeets. A++, one of my favorites!

  • ted kord....THE BLUE BETTLE says:

LOOKS ASOME BUT I WILL ONLY GET HIM WHEN I HAVE BLUE BETTLE.I KNOW THAT ALL OF THE BOOSTER GOLD FIGURES WILL NOT BE THIS WAY BUT LOOK AT HIM HE HAS A BOOTLEG RIGHT SHOULDER,HAH-HAH-HAH.MATTEL,GET YOUR SHIT TOGETHER!!!

  • Templar says:

Also got BOOSTER non-collared modern version, and he ROCKS the most in this wave in my book! Love his metallic gold & sky blue all over, it really works for him….(wish they used the same metallic gold shade on the disappointing Shazam/Capt.Marvel figure’s lightning emblem and sash)….And the separation lines between the colors are as sharp as in the pics above, no smudging or crooked lines at all – unlike the crooked separation of the red & yellow colors on most KID FLASH figures I’ve seen on the shelves! Skeets can be opened with Mr. Mind inside, and could be removed from his back, at least on this figure I got! And best of all, they kept his goggles transparent yellow – too bad they couldn’t do the same for the Black Lightning figure in Wave 5. Overall, Booster is one of the best-executed DCUC figures so far, paint-wise……..If you like your figures shiny, he’s your guy, along with the silver version of Capt.Atom…….Well done, 4H & Mattel!!

I really love my Blue Beetle and Booster Gold figures. However, Beetle looks cross-eyed and skeets doesn’t unattach from Booster. Other than that they are excellent. Atom Smasher ROCKS!!!

  • Affonso Carrasco says:

Where is he and Blue Beetle?

  • muppethost says:

I’m super-psyched about the Skeets that opens up to reveal Mr. Mind inside! Great little touch!!!

  • J-Dub says:

I’ve never been more excited for a figure in this line. Bring on Booster Gold!

  • Misosazai says:

Wow, Beetle and Booster. Now if they will just produce Fire & Ice (but not in their bathing suit costumes as with the DC direct JLI line) and Guy Gardner (variant haircuts anyone?) . . . dare to dream. I am so grateful they’re doing a modern Booster Gold as well. DC direct missed the boat on that one when they did only the classic Booster in their 52 line.

  • RedAl says:

Also i hope to God 4H keeps his goggles transparent, because it ruined the black lightning and Eradicator figures…

  • RedAl says:

Yea those shoulders are frickin huge… Nice looking hunk of plastic though

  • mukibombut says:

i love booster and the new series by jurgens, i only hav a small handful of figures (unmasked manhunter, kingdom come red arrow-ross and mcguiness nightwing) but this one will go up next to the other 3 foshizzle

  • Regwec says:

NY Johnny is right- the shoulder joints are cruder than on any other toy in the line.

Why is this, and will it be rectified?

  • Scott says:

This wave is going to great I just wish they would change the torso the shoulders are terrible

  • NY Johnny says:

Can’t wait to grab many of these, but Great Caesar’s ghost, can we stop with the ridiculously large shoulders? They really take away from some excellent sculpts.
