Our Unofficial DCUC Poll – Which Oversized Figure Do Fans Really Want?
As recently reported, MattyCollector just launched the new Club Infinite Earths wherein DCUC fans are given the option to avail of club exclusive figures by way of a paid subscription. In conjunction with this new subscription, Matty is running a poll to determine which “oversized figure” will be produced. While we believe this is a great way to gauge fan sentiments, the poll system currently in place appears to have some flaws. First, we noticed that the system allows anonymous voters. This would mean that poll results can be influenced by people who are not even planning to buy the figure. Next is the ability to cast votes multiple times. This allows any creative person (a non-subscriber to boot) to cast hundreds of votes on his/her favorite character and rally up its score. It seems the playing field is uneven. And lastly, we can’t seem to view the running tally.
So we though that it might be a good idea to run our own unofficial poll to gauge fan interest. While we cannot address the issue of non-subscribers being able to vote (because we have no access to Mattel’s back-end database), the poll system we’re using prevents multiple votes from the same computer thus making it less likely to have padded results. And the running tally is viewable.
Anyway, we are doing this simply in the spirit of fun, nothing more.

I liked Rocket Red going back to the early JLI days, but he’s gotta come in second to you-know-who. This might be our last crack at a proper version of him.
I agree Joe. I’d LOVE to see an oversized Rocket Red figure. But not at the expense of Metron. Although I would be very surprised if he wasn’t already planned as a club exclusive.
I like Rocket Red but I won’t vote for him because I don’t want him to be the EXCLUSIVE figure. I want to be able to buy multiple figures of him to make a ROCKET RED BRIGADE.
