I recently (late June 2009) found the Sonic Arm Cyborg and Unmasked Batman Beyond at my local Walmart (Cypress, TX) of all places!
This variant was avaialble at K-B but they are now all out of business. If you missed him, supposedly Entertainment Earth was also selling him and the unmasked Batman Beyond figure.
