Both figures are re-releases of previous figs, like the Batgirl/Azrael 2-pack.
Mongul looks practically identical to the DC Superheroes figure released in March 2007! Well the pose does, I’m not sure about a size comparison though.
I just got this set and it is very cool.
I didn’t realize how big the Mongul figure was.
Cyborg seems a bit stiff. He is still a very cool fig.
Now all we need is a Superboy fig and we have all the figs from the Return of Superman.
Maybe a Steel/Superboy 2-pack?
I’ve gotta get these…when are they out?
I got lucky, I got a Cyborg supes on Ebay for about 14 bucks (included shipping)

Sinestro Corp varaints would so rock! maybe they could rescuplt Mongul’s hands to have all the rings, like from this DC promo image
i really hope they get around to doing a sinestro corps repaint of these two sometime.
