Hey!!! Whoever takes care of/updates this site!! I know you read these b/c you didn’t publish my last post, UPDATE THIS SITE!!!!! WE WANT TO SEE THE LATEST INFO, not stuff fromthe Comic Con!!!!!!!

  • Mace02 says:

Hey. In case anyone is still reading these very outdated boards, I saw that 1 seller on the Bay is selling in hand Series 11. Someone needs to post some new pics on this site.

  • I *know* that list of stores posted isn’t accurate, because one of the stores is MY local Wally world and they’ve never carried the DCUC and aren’t about to start now.

I hope for everyone’s sake this holiday season sees an abundance of this stuff, but I wouldn’t hold my breath. As usual, both the evil empire Wal-mart and Mattel are screwing the pooch big time.

  • Brian says:

Found Wave 10 Friday, it was sold out at the local Walmart when I went back Saturday (got all but Batman for now)

  • Donald says:

I have several friends who work for WM, and the toy freight arrives every day, abit some more than others.

Saying that toy stock usually arrives on Day X or Y is wrong. The distribution centers may ship out more stuff to arrive on those days, but every day toys come into a WM receiving to go out overnight.

However, a lot of store don’t put out highly collectable items overnight and leave it up to the dept manager to put out. Thus, if it’s like my local store and the dept manager doesn’t know what’s popular or hot (other than of course Hot Wheels) it might sit in the back for weeks or months (such as the WM wave of Rotf Ramjets and Skywarps who sat in the back for two and a half months before going to the floor). My friend at the closest WM actually had to go to another WM an hours drive away because the dept manager said ‘she had no room to put them out since they were in such big boxes’.

It sounds like the lady in the blogpost he spoke with tried to be as helpful as possible and that’s greatly appreciated. But I felt I needed to point out that wasn’t quite accurate.

  • jamiec11 says:

i have heard that wave 10 will ‘be in abundance’ come the holiday season. so im not panicking just yet…although i did get a joker from ebay just incase($20.50 not too bad…) and also power girl will be re-released in march as part of world greatest superheroes. they have it up for sale pre order at http://www.entertainmentearth.com. I know how frustrating it is to us collectors to not be able to get hold of these things like RIGHT NOW ( im as addicted to these as anyone! ), but i think we should just chill and see what turns up once the christmas stock hits walmart. if theres nothing come january the everyone for themselves on Ebay!

  • Gideon says:

    HOT ALERT:

Everyone, got some info on why wave 10 is so hard to find and WHERE YOU MIGHT FIND THEM. This link will take you to stores supposedly listed as carrying wave 10.

    http://pendragonspost.blogspot.com/2009/10/finding-dcuc-wave-10-at-walmart.html

The reasons given (wm only orders so many from mattel so its not mattel’s fault) doesnt pass the smell test to me. Since mattel KNOWS how disastrous Wave 5 was, they should have taken it upon themselves to market and carry wave 10. After all- its THEIR PRODUCT, NOT WMS!

Good luck all. I doubt I will have any, but If I find a stock I will buy them and sell them for those who cant get them FOR THEIR STICKER PRICE. NO GOUGING.

    !

    • The Flash III says:

My guess is that the wave 10 deal was signed long ago in order to get Wal-Mart to carry DCUC, so you really can’t blame Mattel for that. Wave 10 does seem more available than wave 5 ever was.

    • Darkside Games says:

Hell, I have yet to find series 8 let alone series 10! I came across the Target Public Enimies Wave, but never series 8. And all I want is a Gentleman Ghost!!!

  • Dark 5cythe says:

I found a set myself this last weekend in southern california. only had batman powergirl and the joker.

  • Joe Kerr says:

This wave is ridiculous…Wal Mart sucks and now so does Mattell…first you all screw up the 200X He-Man & the masters of the universe, then you screw it up again by making it available for only minutes at ridiculous prices on your worthless website. Now you are screwing up DCUC with the poor distribution and making several cool figures exclusives. I really wish Toy Biz was still in business…they made great quality, great painted figures that you could actually buy..even the wal mart waves. I would collect He-Man if I could afford it and actually have a chance at it…I have every 200X item, I have every figure DCUC up to wave 9 now but this wave 10 ordeal is causing me to seriously say f it and walk away…Why can’t your toy reps or distribution aholes get their heads out of their A’s and do something right for once…I hope you go bankrupt! At least Hasbro is shiping their toys!

    • The Flash III says:

Yes, Hasbro is shipping their crappy, crappy toys. Mattel has said barely any Wave 10 has shipped and it will continue through the Christmas season, so don’t freak out. If not, keep an eye on ebay–the prices have been dropping, since this wave is nowhere near as scarce as wave 5. And the distribution is Wal-Mart’s issue, not Mattel’s.

      • Jon says:

I really don’t understand the Hasbro bashing. I’ve never purchased a Star Wars, Marvel Legends or Universe figure that a)had fused joints, b)broken limbs, c) skewed paint or paint that peeled off (remember the blue Sinestro?) – yet I’ve had all these problems with Mattel’s product.

Not that Hasbro has paid to have decent sculpts or done right by Legends, but let’s be honest: they inherited a line who’s best characters were done already. M.U. is looking a LOT better, beter than DC Infinite Heroes (“Crisis”? That comic was out 25 years ago – what were they thinking? What kids or collector needs or wants an ‘Alex Luthor’ figure – and they don’t seeing as how they all are left on the pegs for months).

The Four Horsemen are dynamite and thank the Godz they were able to work on this series. But to say Hasbro makes a product of less quality than Mattel is absurd – and Mattel has never paid the Horsement to create what they are really capable of doing. In fact, we’ve been shortchanged.
Most of DCU has been repaint after repaint and bland looking interchangeable parts with few exceptions.
And the face of more than a few figures left something to be desired, like the G5 Batman.
Bottom line is that Mattel has not set a standard for quality, promptness, truthfulness or customer support and combined with Walmart exclusive issues and the Gleek debacle the fans, the ENTHUSIASTS, have had it.

  • Donald says:

Will the site be updating anytime soon? I like coming here due to the quality of pictures, but the webpage hasn’t been updated since July.

Other sites like AFN, TNI and others are putting DCU info out at a much faster rate than here.

I know running a website takes a lot of time and energy so I’m not trying to harp on a small issue…just curious when things might get updated?

  • Gideon says:

Norge, youre asking the same thing thats puzzled most of us- why would a company set things up so they CANT have your money?? Because the deliberate short-stacking- and it IS deliberate- of these items causes inflated prices that mattel doesnt profit from. I just dont see how they get their cut. The items retail at $10-14.00, but get scapled on ebay and what not for $50, $100.00 and higher. Its ridiculous to pay anything like that and I refuse. Despite that bull you may have seen at the sdcc09, this is exactly what happened to the exclusive wave 5 with wm. And I dont believe anyone is getting worked up over a bunch of toys- its the GREED and lies that have pissed us all off. I’m almost at the point where if they started flooding the market with these things I wouldnt buy them, out of spite. Have you called mattel (not wm) and jumped down their throats?

  • Caesar says:

Matty, i do love your DCUC line, it’s awesome..
It’s like a dream come true for me ya know…
Even i realocated most of my DC Direct budget for DCUC…

    But you know what??
This wave10 does suck!!!! Super sucks!!!!

Matty, i live in Indonesia and lots of DCUC maniacs live in Indonesia too… And you know what??? We don’t have WalMart here..

Some sellers (scalpers??) does sell it, but with absolutely ridiculous price, $500 a set…

Will you do something about this??? Please???
We really need your helps… 🙁

  • Norge says:

Where are these? Why can’t I find them at any of the Wal-Marts I visit? I want to buy them ALL, but I can’t find them – do you understand? Do you understand now that you should never have made another Wal-Mart exclusive wave, and that for the future you must never make another Wal-Mart exclusive wave? It does not work.

  • Well, not to forgive either Mattel or the evil empire Wal-Mart, but (and I’m as much of a completist as anyone) the simple fact is this wave ain’t all that great. Let’s be honest here — with the possible exception of Robot Man (who just looks cool) is there any figure here that really needs to be in someone’s collection? (Remember — just like with Batman, we are *sure* to get at least two or three more Jokers along the way now that the mold has been made).

Power Girl? Ho hum, a Supergirl wanna be. Beast Boy, Forager — who dey? Oh wow, still another Batman variant.

If you *really* want to get back at Wal-mart, just say “no” to this wave (and the scalpers) and trust me, they will learn their lesson.

    • Jon says:

There’s no way I’m paying out over forty bucks for any of them but the Joker is REALLY nice and while I’m not thrilled with Beast Boy’s color scheme he’s been a Teen Titans mainstay since 1980 and with the Doom Patrol since 1967 or so. Forager since the 70s.
But all I’d like to find are a Joker, Man-Bat, B-B and a Cliff Steele.
It’s a not a terrible wave, especially for Batman fans
(boo to Mattel for making Man-Bat rare AGAIN)
and those of Doom Patrol like me.
If I ever luck out I’ll sell the Imperiex peices to make up the cost.
Been to the WM downtown Winston-Salem today and still nothing. Finding them on the pegs is less exciting than feeling like I’ve stopped banging my head against a wall.

  • joeyzz says:

Guess that mean if you don`t have Green Arrow don`t bother looking. Shame then I bought Black Canary and i figure it will be the last figure from the DC universe line , mattle sucks…..I AM DONE WITH KIND OF NONSENCE……good luck to the rest of you.

  • Gideon says:

Sorry this isnt about wave 10 but cant find anything recent. However, have some bad news on wave 9 from an online seller (bigbadtoystore).

“Hi – we unfortunately have received bad news from Mattel on the DC Universe Series 9 assortment. They have informed us that they grossly under-produced this wave and that only about 25% of our order will be filled. Many other stores also apparently have suffered the same huge shortage, and the product is short across the entire market. We were extremely upset with Mattel for this news and have relayed to them how upset our customers will be as well.

At this point, we unfortunately do not expect any more shipments from Mattel. For those of you who ordered between February 13th and 14th, it is possible that your orders will fill due to cancellations and non-payment of orders from people who ordered before you (their cancelled orders will move to the next people in line automatically). If you ordered after these dates, it is very unlikely we will have any inventory, and we suggest that you purchase these figures anywhere else you may be able to find them. (You can view the date you ordered your product by logging into your BBTS account and viewing your preorders) We have heard reports they are showing up at mass market stores, and some should also be on ebay. We absolutely hate not being able to fill your order, but Mattel has really screwed up this wave and there is not anything we can do about it.

We are hoping that some sort of future production run of DCU 09 can be negotiated, but at this point there is nothing worked out. We will keep your preorders open in our system until we can determine if Mattel will produce more in the future or not. We will email you with any further news as we hear it from Mattel, hopefully something will be resolved.

The sales manager at Mattel did assure me that DCU waves 11, 12, and 13 would not suffer from the same issues, so we do not anticipate any shortages on those waves”.

    Yeah.

Take THAT $h1et with a grain of salt. So, once again, mattel has royally screwed up; if they cant get it together with the regular series how can we expect the debacle of wm to NOT be repeated?

I hope mattel goes bankrupt and screams for a bailout and gets their teeth kicked in. I just cannot abide this kind of gross incompetence. And I bet on top of this, their ceo gets a bonus…

    • Jon says:

Matty is so full of crap – WM doesn’t want to sell two waves at once,
with a ton of Wave 6 on the shelf to boot,
so they got Mattel to nix the 9s for now.
But everyone suffers now because of precious WM and their exclusive –
but good luck getting the 10s until the 6s sell
(which the won’t, because everyone who cares already has owned them for 8 months).
      What a stupid mess.
Whos’ the ‘tard-in-charge of logistics at Mattel?
If WM is going to call the shots why not just own up to it and work it out?

  • jamiec11 says:

Ebay is full of ridiculously over priced wave 10 figures….i have checked 5 walmarts in my area of sf bay and nothing. i am fast losing interest in this line. just because they are so damned hard to get hold of. i was lucky and got the full wave 9 online but by the sounds of it mattel messed the numbers up on that wave up as well. like other posts say i think they land in stores, scalpers are contacted and walmarts are cleaned out immedietly. its frustrating as i have to work and cannot check all walmarts in my area several times everyday….

    • Jon says:

I feel your pain. I’m now living with my sis and her husband in Winston-salem, NC where there are three WMs in town.
The nearest to us would have had the line of wave 10 BUT they have their pegs loaded with wave 6 anda sales associate informs me that the 10s will not be put out for sale until the rest sell, so I guess that’ll be NEVER.
I’m actually considering purchasing ALL 16 figures just to make way and return them all to another WM,
but I can’t part with thta much cash right now.
      Balls…
In the meanwhile, someone else in W-S has found them and sold them on eBay and all the stores are staked out.
This exclusive crap is for the birds.

  • Gideon says:

Hey- quick news alert: DCUC 10 figures found at a regular Wal-Mart down in Gainesville, Florida. The guy that has them doesnt have Black Batman or Forager.

No idea when he got these. This is both disconcerting and hopeful…theyre out, which is good…but are they totally already gone? I’ve haunted wms out here for months and no sign of them. We’ll see…

  • Gideon says:

    Jamiec,

Havent seen this series yet, but as I said in my previous post the GC5P is in a few wm stores. There are 2 close to me, one has them and the other never has. They’ve been restocked too…so does this bode well for series/wave 10? By the by, wasnt GC5 not supposed to show until Xmas? Well back to wave 10: here it is, first week of Oct, and not a sign…we’ll see…

  • jamiec11 says:

    hi,
anybody having any luck finding these? im scouting the 4/5 walmarts in my area of northern ca and nothin so far. lots of walmart 5 packs though…..these are actually being restocked so maybe thats a good thing for wave 10.

    • Robert Swanson says:

So really funny story….two night ago my friend goes to a wal mart that’s in between the two towns that I live in. Brand new wal mart. Anyways the whole wave 10 is their and he picks up Power Girl. He didn’t have his phone but he was going to pick me up the rest as well. Well he tells me this yesterday and I ask him if he is ever out that way to pick me up what they have. So he goes last night and when he gets there someone cleans house I mean the only thing that’s left is one Joker two michael keaton Batmen, and a cyborg. Remember this a small town in Colorado not really a focus on super heros more like belt buckles wrangler jeans maybe tranformers for the kids and maybe the wii for the gosh darn family. Whoever took those were smart and my friend and myself are the fools. The only upside to all of this is that I got a joker and michael keaton batman. By the way does anybody know what the variant is in this line?

  • Jon says:

This was just posted to Cornerstore comics by the owners re: Wave 9.
    Read it and weep.

    http://www.cornerstorecomics.com/index.cfm?page=ftp/DCU9.html

  • Gideon says:

News on another wm “exclusive”: Gotham City 5 is out now, retails about $55.00. Includes the Batman (black & grey, no stupid mud spatters), Superman (classic hair, vibrant red colours, yellow S on cape, deep blue- finally they got it right), Catwoman (purple outfit), 2-Face (orange & purple suit- too bad they didnt do the black & white animated), and Luthor, purple & green outfit, no armor. Havent seen a restock of this set yet. Bad or good omen? We’ll see…

  • bluebeetle10 says:

Please let this be the last Wal-Mart Exclusive line! I have never been able to find any DCUC at Wal-Mart, much less the Exclusive Wave 5. Come on Mattel, there are actually people out here who would like to give you money for your product.

  • Tommy Jones says:

So since there is no forum for this, I wanted to post something here and see if anyone has interest. I currently have a complete collection of DCUC Waves 1 thru 8 as well as every ToysRUs 2 pack store exclusive, KB exclusive, Matty collector 2 pack exclusive and SDCC exclusives. They are all loose and include all accessories and C&C figures. Would anyone lioke to make me an offer for these? I am working on getting all of the MOTUC figures and am trying to clear up shelf space and make some cash to pay for these. Let me know and I can provide futher details if interested.

    Thanks

    • gilley hébert says:

      Hi,

I am trying to complete me dcu classics collection (also a big fan of the motu classics!) Id love to talk to you more ….are you trying to sell them all as one lot… or would you break them into waves? I might be interested … how are the paint apps?

    • Aaron Dillon says:

      Tommy,

Did you ever get any hits on this? I’d be interested in some of your figures if you didn’t. Let me know if you’re still checking on this thread!

    • Robert Swanson says:

So I saw your posting about your figures…now I might be a jackass for asking…but are they still on the market? If so send me an email at waynetowers@hotmail.com. I promise I’ll give them a good home plus this works out great…you want to start a new collection and I’m doing this collection. Anyways let me know. Thanks.

  • Norge says:

They sure look great – but this is the first and last time any of us will get to see them, thanks to Wal-Mart’s distribution woes.

    Anyone remember Wave 5? I sure don’t. Thanks Wal-Mart.

    • jamiec11 says:

yeah its not looking good. the wal*mart 5 pack has been out a couple of weeks i have tried 4 stores daily in the sf bay area and all of them ‘should’ stock them. bare shelves. the price tag and inventory code is there on the toy shelf but no stock. im sure wave 10 will be even more sought after therefore unbelieveable difficult-impossible to get. Ebay will be loving this.

    • Jon says:

      http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Brimstone_(comics)

He’s a John Byrne throw-away from Legends #1. Not too interesting. darkseid would have been nice, but my guess is we’ll see the DC Superheroes version re-two-packed with someone like Granny Goodness.

      • ted kord....THE BLUE BETTLE says:

ok thanks man and also i found out if u go to that kilowog video it is labeled 4/5 well go 2 5/5 and u can see who is in the wave but u have 2 skip the video and it is in the list of the other videos remember 5/5and it is a public enemies wave not wave 12 sorry man!!

  • Andrew S. says:

BATMAN in FULL BLACK. AWESOME!!! He looks read to open a can of BEAT UP on The Joker.

  • Andrew S. says:

WOW!!! Power Girl looks awesome. She is a must have also to my collection.

  • now all they need 2 make is mento, elasti girl, and negative man!

    P.S. HELL YEAH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    • Jon says:

I would dig that – but it would have to be a CAC Rita.

      • Jon says:

And the Chief! But will they include the wheelchair?
I’ve suggested an online exclusive Chief/Will Magnus 2-pack with the wheelchair.
How tough could it be to make?
Basically it’s two Clark Kents with new heads and paint, and one accessory.
And I suppose it would HAVE to online because Magnus MUST have a pipe, y’hear?
Sorry, I get a little fanatical when it gets to Metal Men/DP and that whole hard-core illuminati/intelligentia DC crowd.

  • jake says:

    Hey,
does anybody have any idea as to when the walmart/target exclusive waves will hit the shelves? or are we to just ‘hover’ over the stores untill they make an appearance? if so a general indication of availability would help…… im praying they are more plentiful than last time. collectors in my area were practically bribing walmart employees to reserve their stocks for them. im just a hater because i didnt get any :(……
i think that mattel may have shot themselves in the foot over the price increases for wave 11. its a shame but they obviously feel they should charge inline with dc direct.

    • Tony says:

At least you can hover around Wal-Mart, I have to wait 2-3 months for a wave. Im in Florida when wave 7 was released I didnt get my first one until Aug. 16th. I make my rounds to Wal-Mart and ToysRUs regularly and there is only wave 4 and 6 still on shelves. Sounds like a good idea to bribe the employees though. Maybe I can get them to let me go in the back as a VIP exclusive.

  • Jon says:

Wow – just reflecting on how lucky we are (and I am) to have this forum to vent and respond to, visualize and share the love with Mattel and my fellow fans.
No sign-up, no cost, no b-s – just the straight dope, hot pics, enthusiast to enthusiast.
Just thought I’d say “Thanks, man!” – Jon, NY (soon to be NC)

    • Gideon says:

Jon, good post…I do tend to rant and rave about much of how theyve fouled up this line of products, but the FORUM is really great. Hopefully the right people will hear and heed. Thanks for the reminder!

  • Jason says:

I love this line, but I hate that it’s exclusive. It was out of sheer luck that I scored a complete Metallo line. And then there’s the “Holocaust” Marvel Legends I only ever saw on ebay. Stupid Walmart.

  • Captain Zero says:

Well, Mattel and the Horsemen have done it again.!!
THIS wave is just one reason I continue to say: “This is the greatest action figure line EVER!!”
Robotman and BeastBoy… Doom Patrol “specials”. I love ’em!!
    Forager… Kirby’s 4th World character… Great!!
The Joker… great looking re-do!! With extras!! Smilin’ fish!! Wow!!
PowerGirl… we’ve been “looking” for her!!
Man-bat…brown.!! We’ve been waitin’ for this badboy for a year!!
    Batman…(Black)…looks so great.!!
Yea, … they ALL look so great.!!

Thanks to you,…Mattel and the 4 Horsemen!!

  • sniper1 says:

Why is it that this line has some of the better characters of late but is a Walmart Exclusive. What is WM putting in the Kool-Aid of Mattel and Hasbro to get all this exclusive content? Are they just looking to make the scalpers rich or what!?

    • TheFlashIII says:

Ummm, probably because Wal-Mart is the biggest retailer in the universe and they told Mattel if they didn’t get the characters they wanted, they were going to stop carrying DCUC and Mattel would lose truckloads of orders. Mattel did say at SDCC that Wal-Mart ordered a lot more of this wave and said they would get them out to more stores.

  • ted kord....THE BLUE BETTLE says:

I would like 2 see shinning knight, cowboy vigilante, stargirl, and etc. but my favorite plan for a build a figure is S.T.R.I.P.E. THAT DUDE IS SO ASOME!!!!! I would also love 2 see captain boomerang, jarvis kord, black beetle, mirror master, black hand, and so many others!!!!!!

  • RedAl says:

I HATE YOU MATTEL!. i love all these figures…so, so much (except mabe batman. theres enough of him. BUT I WANT IMPERIEX). And then you tell me WALMART EXCLUSIVE. Im an English collector, its hard enough for you Americans and hard enough to get the “normal” waves. I want to cry, as I fear I shall never own these. Never seen wave 8 or blue beetle yet so..what chance do i have! GAGGHHHH!

  • Affonso says:

That´s all fine, but 11 series after and no Martian Manhunter.
It´s funny we have 2 parademons, Dr. Impossible, Black Lightining, Citzen Steel, Gentleman Ghost, Vigilante and a very important character like him forgotten. And please don´t tell me it is a merchandising plan to release him and other also important members of DC Universe, like Shinning Knight, Jonah Hex, Watchmen, Plastic Man, Elongated Man, Sgt. Rock, Robin, Creeper, etc. The person on that position doesn´t understand about toy lines. After all, I love your work on that series, keep going, you make my universe.

    • TheFlashIII says:

He hasn’t been forgotten. They don’t want people to get the “Big 7” JLA and stop collecting. It’s either that or they’re waiting for Blackest Night to play out, since MM is dead right now.

      • Emerald says:

This raises a good point. DC/Warner has had a very odd way of sorting out their licensing over the years. The animated shows often could not even use a character if the character was dead in the comics. You’d think DC would want their characters in the media no matter whether they were dead or not. Everyone knows they’ll bring the character back eventually and a media tie-in could bolster that, but I suppose that would ruin the anticipation.

All I know is that if they have to wait until the end of 2010 to release Martian Manhunter because that’s what DC tells them then fans will be “Gleeking” in the blogosphere for months to come.

Their policy on Golden Age characters is even more mind-boggling.

      • Jon says:

Ah – and this is the problem with selection:

the line is ‘DC Universe CLASSICS’, not ‘DC Universe flavor of the month’ like DC Direct.

I hope this is remembered when it comes time to decide who will be “canonised” and who will be simply jettisoned.

  • Gill says:

I can’t wait to fight over the Beast Boy and Robotman, it’d be great if there was a Changeling variant of BB.

  • Emerald says:

In the off chance any of the 4 Walmarts in my area will carry these (none of them carry DCUC at all – never have), these will be must have!
What’s even worse is the 5-pack exclusive to Walmart — classic Two-face and 70s Luthor!
Hey Walmart… here’s an idea for a 5-pack: How about a rereleased set of Wave 5!
As for Beast Boy, a nice nod to the cartoon, but I would have preferred him as Changling….maybe later.

  • John Jones says:

Really, if money becomes a problem, I’ll get Joker and Man-Bat, maybe Beast Boy. I have no emotional connection (meaning I’ve never read anything he was in) with Forager OR Imperiex, but I’m pretty sure Forager is Kirby, so that’s one I’d like to have, but I could live with out both of them. The rest, meh. They look amazing, don’t get me wrong, just, if I had to choose between this series and series 11, I’d go with 11. Though I like the (I’m going to call it this) Tim Burton Batman.

  • Guaranteed to be the best figures you’ll never own.

  • Nathaniel says:

I agree with Forager’s expression right there. Every one of these figures looks fantastic. Knowing my luck, I will find less than half of them.

If Mattel insists on putting pegwarming reprints of old figures in cases with their new waves, how about reprinting some of the previous Wal-Mart only figures from Wave 5 with these.

  • Jon says:

OOOOOOOh… third criticism of a figure I’ve had: wish they’d used the old school Perez color scheme for Changeling – y’know, the white and red.
I’ll be happy if I can find him anyway as it’ll be cool to build the Teen Titans, but –
    What the eff, Mattel?
Teen Titans are one of DCs foremost popular teams and so far Cyborg was tough to find (not now – I’ve seen him everywhere), Kory was an expensive on-line exclusive (and she didn’t look as cute as she does in the comics) and now we’re left to Walmart’s tender mercy to find Logan.
I hope the Legion and Doom Patrol fare better. This is getting tiresome.
I wonder how the Barbie fan community gets treated?

    • Tsar says:

Well, at least you can use this Logan for assembling Doom Patrol..
I bet Matty will release red-white Logan and put it on another wave.. 🙂

      • Jon says:

Maybe your right – but the ‘arc of history’ regarding this line is against it.
How much else have they done right by the fans?

  • Regwec says:

British collectors will be lucky to get them at all. 🙁

  • Templar says:

I can’t get enough of that cool Black Bats, it’s exactly what I’ve been wishing for since the start of the DCSH / DCUC lines – a great black 6″ inch version with this kind of articulation….Still – damn it all for making this wave yet another Wal-Mart exclusive….!!!

  • wally g says:

i hope i can get my hands on this wave somehow…..the last walmart exclusive wave was a joke!

    • ted kord....THE BLUE BETTLE says:

R u talking about the metallo wave because i got the whole wave at emerald city!?!?!?!?!?!?!?

  • Caesar says:

It’s an amazing wave.. Kudos again for 4Hmen and Mattel..

    Too bad it’s a WalMart exclusive…
Indonesian Collectors will get this wave in a very expensive price.. 🙁

    • ltknight says:

      Okay,… I can’t add

I’m glad they did the purple and black Beast Boy this round. That helps to jump start Doom Patrol, and now maybe well get Rita as a build a figure!! – And the WM are hard to find, so if I’m skipping one, I’d rather skip this one and be able to pre-order the Red and White Changeling in a wave with Raven and a BAF Trigon!!!
